CURRENT STATUS: COMMS CLOSED UNTIL FEBRUARY
[General Terms of Service]• By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service;
• I am a full-time college student and this directly affects my commissions workload. I ask you to be patient and to notify me in advance of any specific requests or deadlines you may have.
• Please feel free to reach out to me via your preferred social media or email! This way, our communication will be easier and faster :)[Ordering and Revisions]• I am allowed to refuse any commissions requests if I want to;
• Orders must be made through my business email, discord or any socials DM (please check the contact session);
• The client is responsible to provide visually clear references of the character request. Additional references like clothing, mood, expressions, and composition are not essential, but they are certainly welcome and will help me visualize the client's requests more quickly;
• Revisions can be requested only at the sketch phase and have a limit of 5 major changes per commission.
• Major changes must be stated in the early artwork stages. It includes posing changes or overall composition revisions.
• Minor changes are still allowed after the sketch process.[Payment, Deadlines and Refund Policy]• After you finish ordering, I will provide you with an sketch in one week;
• The payment must be made right after the sketch approval and I will only proceed with the work once the full transaction is confirmded;
• Payments must be made through Paypal invoices and in USD currency;
• Usual commission deadlines can vary from 30 business days to 40.** Any further delays will be notified to the client beforehand;
• As I am a full-time college student, so deadlines can be delayed during midterms and finals exams. The client will also be notified in advance;
• If clients require the commission to be completed by a specific deadline, an additional fee will be added to the final price based on the time frame. This can be discussed during the commission process;
• Full refunds are only allowed if I still haven't started your commission after the payment phase;
• Refunds requested at the line art phase will be of 50% and after coloring/rendering 25%.[Commission Process]• After the sketch approval and the full payment is made, a colored sketch will be sent to the client and changes regarding the colors will be allowed in this stage;
• It must be notified beforehand if the client has any size file specifications for the commission;
• The client has the rights to request an update at any time!
• Regardless of updates requests, I will send the commission stage and low quality updates of the artwork to the client;
• Only minor changes can be solicited during the process;
• The final piece will be sent to the client by email as a png file. The client must notify me in advance if a transparent png or a jpeg version is necessary.
• You can keep up with your commission process through my trello![Copyrights]• I DO NOT allow clients and non-clients to use my artworks for anything realated to AI image generators, NFT's and cryptocurrency. This also applies if you already have commissioned me;
• I have the rights to use the comission in portfolios and social media for promotion purposes. The client must notify me in advance if they wish the commission to be private, which will refrain me from posting wips and the finished piece in any social media;
• The artwork is for personal use, so the client must be able to print or use the art as they want as long as it's not used for commercial matters, according to my terms of service;
• Commercial commissions should be previously discussed and will have an extra rate added to its final price.[Waitlist]• Waitlist requests are made once I have no slots available but the client still wants to be notified for the next free slot in my current batch;
• Requests can be made the same way as previously stated;
• When a new slot is available, the client will be properly notified by me and will have all the rights to decline or to accept the commission slot.

- Can i repost or use your artwork in collages/edits or for profile photos?
Yes! But only with credits. Please make sure to not use any of my commissions either.- What do you use to draw?
Huion hs64 graphic tablet.- What programs do you use for illustrations?
I use Clip Studio Paint for my artworks.- Do you take bg commissions?
Unfortunately, i still don't feel very confident about my background art, so my commissions only include simple background artwork.- Can i print your artwork for non-profit or non-commercial purposes?
Please do not do that. Physical printing of my artwork, even if it's for non-profit matters, is only permitted for commissions.
