CURRENT STATUS: COMMS CLOSED
[General Terms of Service]• By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service. The client has full responsibility upon reading my TOS in advance before claiming a slot.
• I am a full-time college student and this directly affects my commissions workload. I ask you to be patient and to notify me in advance of any specific requests or deadlines you may have.
• Commission reposts are allowed, but it should be credit to me (@ennonzi) on any of my social medias.[Ordering and Revisions]• I am allowed to refuse any commissions requests if I want to.
• Orders must be made through my business email, discord or any socials DM (please check the contact session).
• The client is responsible to provide visually clear references of the character requested. Additional references such as clothing, mood, expressions and composition are also very welcome and will help me to visualize the client's requests faster.
• Revisions can be requested only at the sketch phase and have a limit of 5 changes per commission. Any revisions after this limit will be charged an extra fee to the commission's final price.
• Major changes must be stated in the early artwork stages.[Payment, Deadlines and Refund Policy]• After you finish ordering, I will provide you an sketch in one week or less.
• The payment must be made after the sketch approval and I will only proceed working on it after the full trasaction is made.
• Payments must be made through Paypal invoices and in USD currency.
• Usual commission deadlines can vary from 30 business days to 40.** Any further delays will be notified to the client beforehand.
• As I am a full-time college student, deadlines will be increased during midterms and final semesters exams. The client will also be notified beforehand.
• If the clients needs the commission to be done in a specific deadline, an extra fee will be added to the final price. It can be dicussed during the commission process.
• Full refunds are only allowed if I still haven't started your commission after the payment phase.
• Refunds requested at the line art phase will be of 50% and after coloring/rendering 25%.[Commission Process]• After the sketch approval and the full payment is made, a colored wip (work in progress) will be sent to the client and changes regarding the colors will be allowed in this stage.
• It must be notified beforehand if the client has any size file specifications for the commission.
• The client has the rights to request an update at any time.
• Regardless of updates requests, I will send the commission stage and low quality updates of the artwork to the client.
• Only minor changes can be solicited during the process.
• The final piece will be sent to the client by email as a png file. The client must notify me in advance if a transparent png or a jpeg version is necessary.[Copyrights]• I DO NOT allow clients and non-clients to use my artworks for anything realated to AI image generators, NFT's and cryptocurrency. This also applies if you already have commissioned me.
• I have the rights to use the comission in portfolios and social media for promotion purposes. The client must notify me in advance if they wish the commission to be private, which will refrain me from posting wips and the finished piece in any social media.
• The artwork is for personal use, so the client must be able to print or use the art as they want, according to my terms of service
• Commercial commissions should be previously discussed and will have an extra rate added to its final price.[Waitlist]• Waitlist requests are made once I have no slots available but the client still wants to be notified for the next free slot in my current batch.
• Requests can be made the same way as previously stated.
• When a new slot is available, the client will be properly notified by me and will have all the rights to decline or to accept the commission slot.

yes! but only with credits. make sure to do not use any of my commissions either, please.- what do you use to draw?

I use ClipStudioPaint for my artworks and medibang for doodles.- do you make bg commissions?
Unfortunately, i still don't feel really confident about my background art, so my commissions only include simple art work.
